The QQ Games website is still available, but it's targeted to Asian markets (China more precisely). You can visit it using the link posted below, and download it from the download page at Software Informer. Both links are available here.
This is a game client that has been offered to customers who installed AIM application. Nowadays, it has been discontinued, but there are still packages available for downloading. You can get the client through the Software Informer application's page.
